There's a Down's syndrome blog out there for everyone! Each site is as unique as the voice of the writer.

Special Needs bloggers are offering true life stories and realistic support for each other in a way that has never been possible before.

I have so many favourites, writers with Down's syndrome, parents and siblings as well as professionals. I hate to leave anyone out, so I have decided to host a monthly linky where everyone can add their posts, as many and as often as they like.

We can all find them in one handy place and read around them at our leisure and learn so much from one another's stories. It's wonderful to leave a comment when you have visited another blog.

The term #TeamT21 was coined by the wonderful Tom Bachofner at The Futures Rosie and the Facebook community of #TeamT21 bloggers was started by Alice Hassell who also designed the amazing badge below.
